Exchange And Return Policies

RIGHT OF EXCHANGE

To excercise the right of return or exchange, customers must notify us and ship the product back within 14 business days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receiving the package, Sparkleandsister will either ship a replacement product of equal value at our expense or issue a full refund.

Damages and issues

  • Inspection : Buyers must check all goods upon delivery.
  • Reporting  : Obvious defects must be reported within 1 day of receipt.
  • Resolution : Sparkleandsister will replace any non-conforming products to fix the issue within 24-72 hours.

Refund Policy
